Called this company to install a hot water heater. Seemed professional on the phone. He came by to do the job. Left to get supplies and never returned. I left message but that was ignored as well. Would not recommend.

Had an emergency situation that needed to be addressed quickly on a Thursday evening. Called this place around 7:00, had a guy out before 8:00, and the problem was fixed before 9:00. Had to pay a small premium for after-hours service but it was well worth it. Everything was explained well and handled in a professional manner. Will be the first call I make the next time I have a plumbing issue.

My friend hired this company. They charged her $345 labor for a $12 part. A month later now part is bad. None of us will ever use this company again. They just rip people off. Customer service is a joke. They should inform people how much there labor is.

Mac know radiators! Most folks in this town won't even touch them. And those who will don't seem to know what they're doing. Mac's the only person who could even recognize our boiler.
