They answered my call right away and sent a technician on same day and resolved the issue! Didn't cost us much either as long as we joined their membership plan.

Golf was very responsive to an after hours request. The tech was professional and prompt. They didn’t try to upsell. Diagnosed the issue and fixed promptly. Would definitely highly recommend.

I have always been able to depend on Goff. I came home from a business trip to find my A/C was no longer working. I placed a call at 8:00 AM and by 10:30 the same day a technician was on site to resolve the problem. Including running across town to pick up a part I was up and running by noon.

Installed new Air Conditioning Unit a couple years ago and it works great. Recently the compressor went out and they came next morning, gave me a heads up when tech was on his way and it took him 5 minutes to diagnose and fix at no charge as it was under warranty.

My furnace broke and they were out the next day. My furnace was a million years old and cemented into my foundation. Not only did they quote me an amazing price they didn't up charge after they had to work a few more hours than normal to remove the old furnace. Every employee I met from Goff was friendly, respectful, highly responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

This company has always taken care of me well. The service they provide has always been very professional. The gentleman that did my duck and vent cleaning did a very good job. They cleaned up after they were done. I'm very pleased with Goff. I would recommend them highly.

The service provided by Charles was exceptional. He was super thorough and knowledgeable.

They came out once the fix our heating unit and was very professional, did an awesome job to get us through the winter and didn’t try and pressure us into a new unit. Seeing how well the first experience went we called them back when our AC was not working right. The technician came when they said he would come, did his evaluation, recharged the unit, replaced well need filter and made sure everything was in working order before he left. The best part is that both times the dogs just loved them and if the dog’s didn’t have a problem with them , then you know you’re dealing with quality people. I just love the fact that their prices are reasonable and they do excellent work. Also, I have to say that the person who answers the phone at their company is a real treat to talk to. See is so pleasant and helpful and really enhances the experience when dealing with them. I recommend giving them a try and I hope your experience is as pleasant as ours.
