Goff Heating and Air Conditioning

Came in and installed a new heating and cooling system. Did a great job. Got the system that was right for the house. Much quieter than my old system. Everyone was nice and left the area better than they found it. All done within a week from sales to up and running. For the equipment I feel I got a fair deal based on multiple quotes.

I called to have a estimate done for a new hvac system. I was able to get a technician out really quick. Joe was my tech that came out. He was very fast, efficient, thorough, and made me feel comfortable with the numbers I was about to spend. He explained the process and what was included in the cost. Overall a great experience and I can not wait for them to come out and install my system!

Dispatcher called to ask if the technician could arrive early. That was great. Very professional service, clearly explained our options (AC was weak)

We lost our heat after hours and they fixed us up temporarily to get through the night then came back the next morning with the new part. The company lets you know that the tech is on his way with a text and a follow up phone call. We were very impressed. Office and service guys all very friendly.

We had a furnace and AC installed. Goff was recommended from family that have used them as well. Great service from the estimate to installation. Top notch people and company.

Very good service! Aircon is older and needed a part that was not on his truck so he went to their warehouse and got it. I am sure if it was another company I would be told time to replace the unit.

Brandon was courteous, professional, thorough, and on time. In fact, he arrived a few minutes before the appointment time. His arrival was preceded by a call from the office that he was en route. It is a pleasure doing business with Goff.

Tech arrived promptly listened to needs performed very professionally got Mini split started up and running.

Goff installed our heating and air conditioning system many years ago. They come out 2x per year to check the heating and/or air system. Efficient and friendly personnel who supply a good, efficient service.
