I’m am currently in college for my hvac certifications and I needed a few tools for class and out in the field. I stopped by to see if they could help me out. Much to my surprise the staff was very welcoming and even helped me get the tools I needed to get started. A+ for this business.

They have an outstanding professional and courteous personnel that have flourished in the heating and cooling business great deal many years they have services with pride we appreciate all that they do for us. I can call my order then and they'll be promptly ready for pickup and even when I am walking to the door a service fee with smiles and and hasteful service. JW berkheimers is my favorite place to go the personality and a first name basis and generally when I go in there with multiple orders they got it.

Poor service. They claim that they are only licensed to sell anything to contractors.

Refuses to even give price.
I wonder why some boiler companies give them exclusive distribution rights.
