After unsuccessfully trying to get my 12.5-year-old heat pump working again, I decided it was time for a new heat pump system. I contacted Legacy for a quote on a new heat pump system. Jake came out to provide the quote and gave me some different options and explained the differences between them. There was absolutely no pressure and he answered all of my questions. After deciding on a 16 SEER system (an upgrade from my 13 SEER system), they were out in less than a week to get the new system installed. Jake, Bill and the rest of the team completed installation in less than a day and did a wonderful job! This is the first heat pump system I have had in my home that has actually kept my home warm in the Winter. Very pleased with their quality products and quality service! They offer fair prices and they care about their customers!!!! I was very impressed with Legacy from the first phone call through installation and would highly recommend them! Give them a call! I am so grateful for Legacy today! My A/C went "belly up" last night and well, you know how fun it is to try and sleep when you are used to using things like covers. I tried my "home remedies" without any success, declared defeat and called Legacy. I was told that they were booked but would try to "work me in." Much to my delight Jake arrived a bit before 2:00 PM and worked his magic. I am cool, comfy, and looking forward to sleeping tonight!
And BTW, I was prepared for a much bigger dent in my bank account!

The salesman, Jake, answered all of our questions, which we had a lot of, in a very professional and humorous way. Products were installed on time and we have been very happy with the results. Legacy goes above and beyond. I recommend them without reservation. Adam, Jake, and the team installed my mother-in-law’s furnace on the coldest day of the year while making sure she stayed warm. Legacy was there night and day until the job was done. They treated her like family. I will hire no one else when it comes to my heating and cooling needs.

My heat pump failed late on December 22nd. My friend, Jake Cannon, is the General Manager of Legacy Heating & Cooling. I called him on Christmas Eve and he said they could replace my heat pump on December 27th. Jake came out on the 26th to measure and check things out for the installers. The installers arrived a little after 9am on the 27th and completed the installation by 330pm. I was very impressed with the installation crew. They were respectful, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and very efficient. The owner, Adam Ely, spent quite awhile explaining things to me and answering my questions. Added bonus: They were $6,000 less than a big name HVAC company! As a realtor, I would wholeheartedly recommend Legacy Heating & Cooling to friends, family, and clients. Five stars and two thumbs up! Our water heater was old and in need of replacement. Legacy was able to get a new one installed on the day that I called. Back up now and everyone is happy with hot showers again.
