Legacy really came through for my family today when our water heater broke at 1pm and on a Friday of all days. Jake arrived at the house when he said he would be there and did a great job installing the new unit. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. This type of service is why my wife and I prefer to spend our money on the local businesses rather than being just another customer like some of the large companies can make you feel. I will for sure be using them for any HVAC needs that come up. Thanks again Jake!

Legacy Mechanical is amazing!!!! It is ice cold here and my heater decided to not work. I called and they did night service for me at beyond reasonable rates. Not your overcharged after hours rates but really reasonable fair rates. Anyway it was a simple fix. Jake was the technician and was so polite, courteous, informative and wonderful!!! He performed the repair in no time explaining EVERYTHING!!!! I was very impressed with him! Please please give this company a try!

Jake Cannon, GM, arrived on time and fixed our air conditioner. He explained the repairs patiently and did the work for a reasonable price. He also introduced us to the company's "Safety Agreement," which is a service contract that helps save money on future maintenance. Highly recommend this company!

We recently experienced what no homeowner wants to experience... the A/C went out on a hot summer day. I contacted Legacy Mechanical Heating & Cooling and they came out within a few hours! Other companies told me it would be 2 days before we could get on the schedule. Dave got us up and running quickly, but he discovered a few issues with our aging system. Dave gave us several economical options to choose from including a new system all together. Knowing the A/C and furnace was at the end of its life, we chose to install the new system and chose a higher seer rated system (base is 13 for residential and we chose 16). They put it in within days! My home is older and the upstairs has always been uncomfortably warm in the summer...with the new system it’s perfectly cool upstairs! Everything was installed within a day and we were so pleased with the professionalism and results! I highly recommend Adam, Dave, and their team for your HVAC needs!

My wife and I just had Legacy Mechanical Heating and Cooling come out to install a new AC Unit and Furnace. We were running on 17 year old equipment that had been band aided too many times and were ready to give up. I contacted Dave and they quickly got me on the schedule and were here to install the new equipment just a couple days later. Dave, Adam, Larry, and Chris all came out to knock out the job and did a great job doing it. Honestly, the installs they did look better than the ones that were originally installed. We won't be using anyone else for Heating and Cooling needs!

We were having a problem with high humidity in the house and the upstairs of our 2 story house was always 8-10 degrees higher than the main level. We tried everything to cool it off, but nothing worked and we were just miserable trying to sleep in the heat. Called Legacy and they evaluated our old system and that’s when we found out they were not matching units. We made the decision to replace the whole aging HVAC system and couldn’t be happier! The new system has 3 sensors that it uses to balance the temperature throughout the house. The humidity level has gone down in the house making it much more comfortable and the upstairs is always within 1-2 degrees of the rest of the house. The guys are all super nice and they do beautiful work!

Came on time, very friendly and professional, was very honest with what was and wasn't working, as well as options for repair/replacement.

This place was beyond amazing. They came out and inspected our system. It was 22 years old so we knew it was going to need to be replaced. We setup a time and they were quick and efficient. I would recommend this place.
