A+Derr Heating & Cooling have been to my house twice for scheduled maintenance. There always on-time, professional and friendly. Really appreciated Ryan today he was very thorough. I have large dogs and he was so kind to them, even had treats for them. Ryan did a great job today. Will definitely be calling A+Derr back for all my heating and cooling needs.

Alfonzo is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. The thermostat he installed is working perfectly! I am very happy to have meant him and use A+Der Heating & Cooling.

Update: 3 months after installing, Brent Delano came to my house. He was very polite and explained what he would be doing. He came to make sure everything was as working properly and change my air filter and cleaned the unit. A plus derr has been a wonderful company this far. Thank you again for AMAZING customer service/support and Great products.

Tech came out to diagnose furnace no heat issue. He found it to be bad furnace control board. Didn't have one on truck so they had to order one. He told me total would be $607.30. I could pay all right now or wait for part to come in. I told him I would just wait. He said okay. Total for today will be $276. I paid that. I assumed I would owe another 331.30 when part came in. But when part came in and was installed I was charged another 607.30 on my card. Maybe I misunderstood tech on total job costs on the first trip. However, I do believe $900 is just too much to have your furnace control board replaced. Total job time was around an hour for both trips combined. I know the oem furnace board for my furnace was around $298. I just feel $600 for the rest of the job is just a little too high for a plug and play part. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Always so friendly and helpful. Arrive quickly and do such a great job. Have been happy with them for years!
