I’m rating this service a 3 star because Eli James works for this company. But I had to supply a shop vac to clean the bottom of my AC unit. Nuff said.

They replaced my entire unit and thermostat. It took them less than 5 hours to remove the current one and get my AC on.
I called at 8pm on Monday and had it in by Wednesday afternoon.
Men were professional and worked around the kiddos. I’d 100% use them again!

Danny seemed very knowledgeable. He performed an excellent job diagnosing the problem, explaining the situation as well as my options, and then quickly facilitated the needed repairs. I were would definitely recommend him and the A+ Derr to my neighbors and friends.

The service technician although he was very young and has been with the company several months, did an excellent job. After he completed the routine service and cleaning he review’s in detail all that he did. I think A+ Derr has a keeper! His name was Justin.
