A+ Derr always provides exceptional service with courteous & knowledgeable techs. I have used their service for many years, including installation of new gas furnace & air conditioner. Their maintenance plan helps give piece of mind that everything is working correctly. Brodie done a great job on my latest routine maintenance! An added bonus is being a local company, they also are pet friendly and support local shelters.

Kevin was very nice and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions. He made suggestions on what I needed to do to keep the system running efficiently. Right before he left, he asked one more time if I had any more questions. I followed him around and watched every thing he did so I could learn about the system. He said that was ok. I signed up for their annual service contract.

The salesman, James, and the installers, Nick and Adam, were all great. They set me up with a completely new system. It was all priced very reasonably (honestly less than I expected). They offer financing as well, and make it super simple. Installation was set up quickly and they were finished even quicker. All-in-all, I'm very glad I went with them.

My heat quit working due to extremely old age They replaced my whole HVAC system which included new unit inside furnace and new condenser outside and new thermostat and flex pipe on roof and I absolutely love their quality of work it looks so nice and is so quiet and efficient if I ever need any future repairs done to my current home or next house I’ll for sure give them a call without a doubt all their employees were really friendly and helpful with any questions I ask and my technician has the same name as me Jake very friendly person… I’m so glad I reached out and got this done because my local people wouldn’t finance me and I live in Illinois needless to say I won’t ever use local again… I’ll for sure use A Plus heating and cooling and the pictures added are before and a very beautiful after!!!

Extremely responsive. They came to my house to troubleshoot my system just 3 hours after I called. They had replacement options and pricing the next day and replaced my system on the third day with no delays. They were professional and left a clean work site. I highly recommend them.

My AC was NOT keeping up with even the mild heat we’ve had recently. Something was wrong. As I was sweltering in bed last night, I noticed the condenser hasn’t kicked on in a month or more. The fan was blowing, but the condenser wasn’t operating. I called early in the morning to see if they had any availability. They gave me a 1000 slot. The tech came a half hour early! He saw that the wire to the condenser wasn’t connected, fixed it, and being that it might have been from a new thermostat install in February, did the repair free of charge today! I’m very happy with the response time and the professionalism I experienced today! I recommend them.

The techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They took care of my primary concern the same afternoon I called them! I’d recommend them!

Update on 4-11-23 Eli arrived and our problem ... a mouse had gotten into the blower and was riding the "wheel", thus the horrible thumping noise!
Eli checked everything else and disposed of the deceased rodent!

Damian and team did an outstanding job removing our existing Heating system. They secured elements like gas, water, coolant, and power in a safe and secure manor. This is the precursor to an additional install, after other vendors follow, so they're timeliness and thoroughness were key. They were very respectful when working in the home, and took extra steps to ensure they didn't leave unexpected trails in the home. I would highly recommend A+Derr for they're work and professionalism!

I called A+derr on Tuesday and they were able to make it the next day. Earlier than planned to in the beginning. Ryan was GREAT. He told me things I suspected and somethings I didn't. When we are ready to get a new unit I will definitely have A+derr put it in. Thank you Ryan and A+derr.
