I recently placed an order for a some filter driers. Upon receipt of them, I realized that the wrong filters were sent. When I spoke to customer service about returning the filters for the correct filters I was given the run around. After return freight costs, the restocking fees and the original shipping costs I would be taking a loss just to exchange the product. I understand having a return policy but I was simply wanting an exchange for a new product, not a refund. Pretty poor way of treating what would have been a returning customer. Absolute worst customer service ever. I cant help but to feel like I was robbed. Do not use this company. They will just steal your money. I should add that the products I did receive were in poor condition and look like they fell off the back of the delivery truck.

Found what I needed on thier site and the price was spectacular. Processed and shipped out in lightning speed. Thanks for getting me out of a major issue way quicker than I expected. I will use these guys again!

I have installed several of their products for a Nonprofit Child Care. Always received great equipment for the price. They have an exceptionally large inventory. However, they are not a conventional hvac wholesaler. You will receive very good deals but it is up to you to research the products they sell. Do your due diligence.

I thought I was going to have to replace my 20 year old in-wall GE AC/heater unit, when the relay blew. The part is long-since discontinued by GE, but Surplus City had a used one. While $55 seems a lot for a little relay block, that's better than $200 for a new one at another source! It came on time and worked great, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Excellent company to deal with, I have purchased several thousands in equipment from them over the past few years and am able to pass significant savings to my customers. They get orders out fast and do a quality job packaging them.

Bought a new heat strip for my Goodman unit. Chose to do it myself and saved a lot of money. This company was the only provider that carried the model i needed. Arrived to my home nicely packaged and all in one piece, just installed it yesterday and so far so good.

I love this place! If you know what you need, and are brand savvy, you can find amazing things there. The staff is very very helpful.. both on the phone, and on the floor. This is not just a place for HVAC products.. they have a huge selection of electric motors of all types, even scientific equipment.

Ordered a furnace and oil burner and I am completely satisfied witch is a rare thing theses days!
I'm just a home owner replacing an old furnace, not a contractor.
Excellent price and geat people to deal with.
I don't think I could have found it cheaper anywhere.
I would gladly do business with them again.

I ordered Delta faucets handles for my Roman bathtub and the everything was excellent

I had an issue with an order but after having a conversation with management I was very pleased with their willingness to correct the problem. They were very sympathetic snd understanding and I have adjusted my overall rating.
