I’ve not had customer service so forgiving of my time and provided in such a kind manner before.

I'm sook thankful for this place. I'm a single mom starting over and I purchased a home all on my own and I gutted it and now doing renovations. It was a blessing to find a place like this that has quality customer service and VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES ON NEW CONDENSOR UNITS. I Saves over 75% buying through the surplus city liquidators. U must search the website there should be a unit for any home and business. I will definitely recommend this place to others. We have not installed the unit but I'm excited about the cool air. I shop at Surplus City since I have a small Heating and Air outfit called Ace air purification and I am based out of Lebanon we do mainly installations of HVAC equipment and get a lot of our equipment through Surplus City Liquidators they sell high quality very decent equipment I would recommend them to anyone to come in and take a look to see what they have they have many different and unique items sometimes are hard to find and you find them there definitely a good place to shop for your HVAC products

You guys saved me a ton of money replacing the 65 year-old return air system in my house and were able to miraculously fit all this on a 4' pallet for shipping. Thanks for the great work.

I do not recommend using this company for any of your HVAC needs. There salesman Tim was selling me equipment on the side at his cost without my knowledge. Tim was not trustworthy nor did he keep his word. His father installed several units from surpluses liquidators and I had to have everyone of them repaired. Don't use him or anyone from this company to do service or install. Skip did not care about what I needed or wanted unless I he got something out of it. Skip just hung up on me and never returned my call the last 3 times I came in to buy a furnace and ac the gentleman at the front desk and Jenny were not happy with Skip because " he never dose his job rite never puts orders in for people when they are picking up, and they had to do all of his leg work and invoices. I have never had someone do business with us and treat us so poorly. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR EVEN A FURNACE FILTER..

First & last time buyer. This company does not warranty anything they sell. Bought a motor that looked used out of the box. Hooked up and does not work at all and they will do nothing to compensate for. If I wanted to buy another one I could but no guarantee! Now I'm out $200 with a unit still not working. Bunch of scammers, WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
