I must say I was scared to death to have to call a furnace repair company today with the record breaking low temperatures in our area, but I had no choice , so I bit the bullet and made the call , I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg , but Will's did not try to stiff arm me . He had a repair guy at my house in a few minutes, Adam did a great job for us. In just a second he knew the problem and told me what it was going to cost, not only that but he had the part in his van . I was very impressed. And in no time I was up and running.

Though this was a straight, reliable, and honest small town business that looked out for the people until this last experience with them. I was quoted a price of $200-$300 for a job to fix the problem at hand. Yet here we are with an almost $400 bill and an AC that still isn't working. Highly not recommended!

very happy with furnace service yesterday. The technician was efficient and was in and out quickly. I signed up for spring and fall maintenance for next year so I would not be tempted to put service off for 'later'.

We were quoted a certain amount for a repair. When it all came said and done they did not follow through with quote price and did not fix what was asked to be fixed. charged $393 for a diagnosis. rediculous. Do not recommend.
