The Furnaces and AC units in our 19-yr old home were in need of replacement. We researched many makes and models of equipment and also a good number of installers and service repair providers. We elected to go with American Standard equipment and requested quotes from three installers. We selected Will's Heating & Air because: 1) their quote was somewhat lower than the other two, ) they had a great reputation for service in the area, and most important 3) the owner came to our house to assemble the quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what equipment to purchase for our home. I had also asked Will's to look into a problem I thought we had with zoned heating and air distribution upstairs and the operation of electronic dampers.

WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED with the quality and value of the service that Will's provided. Not only did they perform the install without delay or incident they were doggedly persistent in finding the source of our zoned heating and air system problem and recommending repairs. Not only that Will's had assumed in their quote that our existing zone control panel would work with the new American Standard furnace but that turned out to not be the case. Will's ordered the new panel and installed it several days later all at their own expense! We now have comfortable and even heating and air conditioning upstairs for the first time since the house was built. We highly recommend Will's and plan to remain a loyal customer for service for as long we live in the area.

This business is terrific. They are very professional and get jobs done in a timely manner. They installed a new furnace and central air and generator for us and we are extremely happy with everything. If you have any problems they respond promptly. 5 Stars

Great service on my maintenance contract. Friendly and very thorough!

Very happy with the a/c installation. The crew arrived on time, were friendly & courteous. Adam explained the install process completely. Told me they could be finished by my adjusted time schedule, and they were. They worked around flowers that I had in the area and left them all undamaged.
Best of all the unit runs so much more quietly than the old one. Will use Will's in the future for heating & a/c needs.

Had my air go out on me. Wills got me up and going. The experience was very pleasant from jessica in the office and the repair men who came out. On time(actually 15 mins early), professiona l very reasonable rates... overall a 10 out of 10
