Flow Tech is amazing!! On Christmas Eve we had a pipe totally disconnect from our kitchen sink. Since we have a service agreement with Flow Tech, within one hour, Cameron was at our door! He was super pleasant and fixed our issue promptly all while trying to help the MANY other customers calling in with issues!! Highly recommend Flow Tech and recommend getting a service agreement with them!!

We are long-time customers of Flow-Tech. Our furnace stopped working the morning of Christmas Eve during the -30 degree wind chill storm system. Two technicians came out that day and to get the heating system working. They were very professional and cleaned up any messes when finished. We have been very pleased with this company and their employees.

I had a leak in garage & wasn’t exactly sure where it was coming from. Guy came out & the bill came over $7,000 for a few things. Nothing could be repaired ; all had to be replaced. I even took out a line of credit. I started thinking about it & decided to get a 2nd opinion. My water heater wasn’t the problem; leak was coming from water softener. Long story short, I got all my items repaired for less than $600. And Flo Tech was trying to charge me for restocking fee on water heater. I advised that would not be happening. They had senior technician come out who repaired one faucet & replaced the other. I had another company take care of the water softener leak. I wouldn’t use them again because they way overcharged me & hassled me about restocking fee.
