Did a great job! Had to dig up yard to replace main water line to meter.

Flow-Tech installed a new air conditioning unit and tankless hot water heater for us. From the time we decided on which products we were getting to when they came into the shop was about four days, which was faster than I expected, especially these days. Flow-Tech came out to install the new products the next week after that on the date I scheduled. The were very punctual and did a very clean installation job for both products. I would definitely recommend Flow-Tech for anyone that needs this kind of work done.

It was a great experience, we had never used Flow-Tech until we sold, and bought a new home. Very friendly, accountable and gave you the feeling your repair was there top concern. Since Covid, seems like you receive excuses of why, and how long it will take to receive service, I have been in Customer Service for 45 years, and Flow-Tech gets it!!!!

Great service…dependable, trustworthy and knowledgeable …always have confidence in flow-tech

Everything working great now. Was not getting air from the unit. Required a new part (part still under warranty) and an add in part that regulates amount if electricity on start up of unit. Not sure why they aren't on there already on there at installation/manufacture. That part was not free nor installation of either part or trip charge. A little pricy considering the unit is 2 years old.
But satisfied with the service.
