Doc Dancer was quick and responsive to my needs to replace my furnace/ac system. They quoted a great price (lowest at the time in town) and have better service offerings for the cost than most places I looked into. The install team was able to come by and get the job done in one day. They got everything put in and left no mess behind. I was at work that day and hardly would have noticed they were there other than the new system being in place when I got home. I would highly recommend Doc Dancer to anyone looking for anything HVAC related.

So it went from cold outside to really hot in one day. That is when we discovered the AC wasn't working, I called around a bit and couldn't get anyone to come because they were all busy. I googled highest rated company in my area, and Doc Dancer popped up. I gave them a call and asked for a quote for a new furnace and AC unit, and the receptionist transfered me to a salesman that told me he really needed to look at it. I work 3rd so he told me he could be here in 15 minutes. Low and behold, it was the owner that showed up, and was on time. He gave me a decent quote, could do it in 5 days, and it would only take a day for them to do it. The next day, he sent someone to charge my old unit so we would have cold air until the install. (People don't do stuff like this these days!) They showed up on time, did an oustanding job, followed up the next day, and sent a thank you note. Every person I had contact with at Doc Dancer was extremely friendly and professional. I honestly couldn't be happier with my choice to select Doc Dancer for our new furnace and air conditioner. I would recommend them to anyone, and now I know why they popped up as highest rated on Google! I also want to thank; Tina, Miguel, Luke, Kyle, and Dale for the outstanding service and treatment we recieved. There are a lot of choices these days, and you couldn't make a better one then choosing these folks!

Amazing group of people! We had our furnace give out on us right in the peak of the pandemic (January 2021). Doc Dancer staff took the time to listen, act and did a phenomenal job. Crystal, AMAZING! If it wasn't for her willingness to listen and understand our needs, we would have looked elsewhere. Steve, PROFESSIONAL! Listened to our needs and gave us the information to help us quickly and efficiently make the best purchase for our home. Also wanted to mention, their prices were fair, and I really needed and appreciated that. Last but not least Miguel. Miguel did an OUTSTANDINGLY professional job installing our new furnace. We needed them to wear masks and they fully respected our wishes. Our new furnace installation was seamless. Everything was pristine and worked like a charm! Our new furnace kept us warm and toasty this past winter. I'm thankful to have found such an amazing group of people. I would DEFINITELY recommend Doc Dancer. Awesome job!

I received bids from Doc Dancer and another company. What made Doc stand out was how they werent just going to install new units, but actually fix foundational issues and draining that were already there. They went above and beyond to make sure things were done the right way. He explained everything they were going to do before and everything they did after. They cleaned up well!

He listened to my observations and concerns.
He clearly explained his procedures, damage found and the problems it caused.
The repair was done proficiently and the final testing of the unit done multiple times.
