Very professional, on time for installation appointment. They answered all our questions. The work area was kept clean. After installation, they made sure we understood how to sync the thermostat to the app on the phone for ease of use. Would highly recommend.

We needed a new AC unit and we had a number of companies round. All very good and experienced but Doc Dancer stood out with their value for money and level of service. I love our furnace and can't actually wait to sleep in the summer now because of the AC. Doc Dancer went above and beyond themselves and even fixed someone else poor work. Our furnace installation is a work of art and the AC looks just as good. We have already recommended Doc Dancer to friends of ours and they've had the same high level of service as we enjoyed. Others call themselves experts but I think Doc Dancer truly are.

A great experience! The sales rep explained everything so I understand everything. The installation team was awesome. They were on time, quick and efficient and the job was completed sooner than I expected. I'm very happy with the experience and service.

We received exceptional service from the team at Doc Dancer. We recently purchased a home in South West Fort Wayne and moved in earlier this week. The AC system that came with house was shot. Doc Dancer was able to replace the entire system at a reasonable price. We first met their field agent on Tuesday of this week and by the end of Thursday every was installed and working. We have had nothing but cool nights since.

I called when I had an emergency crisis due to non running furnace and due to bad weather that day and they were prompted to send a technician out to see what the problem was with the furnace. I appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond to send someone out quickly that day even though he didn't have that part on hand. Thank you guys so much!!!

Tech is courteous and efficient. He explains what he is doing. He reports all findings.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job. They are professional and demonstrate through their actions a genuine pride and care of what they are doing for me, the customer. They answered my questions, explained what I did not know in a way for a novice like me to understand.
