As always, Andy was a pleasure to work with. Diagnosed the issue with our AC unit promptly, and he is always courteous when around. He gave excellent explanations, and also had many tips for those of us who are inclined to do our own service on occasion. He is emblematic of the quality and service that is typical of Doc Dancer.

I had a bad experience with the Doc back in 1981 so I have not had them do any work since. I decided that everyone in the company has probably left and all new people replaced them. I was right. We decided to to give Doc another try. I talked to Dale, a partner in the company, he was great and explained everything with an expertise I did not find in the other two companies I had give me estimates. I am very glad we made the choice to give Doc another chance!

I had a new furnace and A/C install, and from quote, to install, to follow up, this has been a great experience! I had gotten a quote from another company in the area, and their quote process was all about high pressure sales tactics to say the least. My second call was Doc Dancer, and it should have been my only call. Steve came out right away and explained my quote options, and scheduled the install within a few days. Very reasonable and good value. Fritz and Luke did the install and were very professional and got the job done. Highly recommend this local company. It felt like I was dealing with a friend the entire time.

Service was top notch all around and I cannot say enough positive things about everyone I worked with from Doc Dancer. The initial online inquiry was easy and got an immediate callback from the office. Salesperson & co-owner Dale personally reached out to answer all of my questions and was able to work with me on pricing. Install Team of Kyle and Tony were professional and friendly, explained everything that was done and worked hard all day to ensure the job was done timely. One of them was also a pretty funny singer from what I could hear while I was working upstairs. Thanks again Doc Dancer for quickly getting our heat back up and running and we look forward to being a longtime service customer!

Jason was awesome. Very professional and kind at the same time. He did an outstanding job of servicing my heat pump and took the time to answer any questions I had. I am very confident everything was taken care of perfectly.

Our furnace went out this past winter. Doc Dancer was the first HVAC company to come to our house. They gave us a great quote and were able to to install our furnace the next work day. Everything look beautiful when they were finished. I would highly recommend.

Our AC then went out in May. Doc Dancer came back and installed a new AC unit. They gave us a fair price based on our previous quote from the first time if we would have replaced them both.

This company provided excellent service throughout the whole sales, information, and installation process of a hybrid heating and cooling system for our home.
The three technicians (Andy, Chris, and Jorge) were very professional in their promptness, manners, installation, and systems operational instruction along with a few tips for being more efficient.
They explained exactly what they were going to be doing and why.
The job was done neatly and they stayed until the job was done.
My wife and I both agree our home has never been more comfortable.
I decided on this company for a few reasons.
1. Their reviews and reputation.
2. One of the owners (Dale) came to our house for the estimate. He was very relaxed and professional. He give us a few options and never forced a certain model or system on us.
3. On their website they state “We will honor God in our business conduct”.
Now that the installation is complete, I know we made the right decision. How we were treated by Dale, the staff, and the awesome technicians showed us they are a company with integrity.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work or installation.

The installation of our new condenser was very professional and well done. Later we had them come out to get it running, Daniel was the technician. He is top notch, very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!
