Kim is always great to work with and Danny was waiting in the drive when I got to the house. Showed me what was wrong and what the best resolution was to fix it at the fastest best price possible! Even had a window unit with him to get me by while parts came in. In no time I got a morning phone call saying 2 of their installers were putting it in and getting me taken care of that day. Give these guys a call before any big company.

Bought a new furnace and ac unit. Didn't want to but had to. These folks are great people.

Service tech came out approx 7pm , he called to confirm it was ok to stop by and asked about wearing a face mask or not.
Very dedicated young man, very nice, very knowledgeable . He found the issue with our AC unit and was able to fix same night.

Could not have had a better experience! We had Danny and his crew do a complete tear out of our old HVAC system plus a new water heater....very easy process from start to finish and could not be happier...great feeling to be able to call a local business like Rinehart and know they will be prompt and honest.

We have been using Rinehart Heating & Cooling since we moved into our house back in December 2014. They are very honest and dependable and have never done unnecessary work that ends up costing us more $'s. A few years ago, I thought we might have to replace our old HVAC system due to the very rough noise it was making. They came out, cleaned it and said that since it is over 30 years old it will sound like that but it still has some life left. We were able to get 3 more years out of the system. In August 2019, we finally had to have our HVAC system replaced with a new system. Love the new American Standard system they installed - good quality at a reasonable price and they were quick installing it. Plus they took care of filling out the warranty paper work and rebates. I highly recommend using them for all your heating & cooling needs.

Was very happy with the work. Installed a new mini-split system for us. Was 1/2 price of next best competitor ($3800 vs. $7700). Communicates very well and shows up on time. They will be doing all our HVAC service from now on!

Rinehart Heating and Cooling were very professional, friendly and flexible in their submission of their offer to convert my all-electric heat pump and furnace system into a gas furnace, but retaining the electric cooling system.
I had to replace the floor around the old furnace due to water intrusion, and they worked with me in scheduling the new furnace installation.
