We are completely impressed with Reinhart and their technician Brian. We called in on a Sunday evening to have our furnace looked at on Monday, their first call on Monday morning was 7:57 AM to inquire and they set the appointment and by 830 Brian pulled in to our driveway.He immediately identified the problem did his repairs and was out of here in less than 30 minutes the billing was incredibly fair and again the professionalism was second to none. I highly recommend them!

We recently had Reinhart Heating and Cooling replace both our A/C unit and furnace and could not have been more pleased with the company and their employee installers.

About a year ago we knew this project would be coming up so we started taking bids, even though we had used a another well-known local company for many years.

When the first company showed up, the salesman was just that. He went on and one about their reviews and customer service. He even offered me both a 20% and 10% discount to close the deal. As soon as I told him that I was taking more bids, he pushed harder and said to give him a chance to meet the other bids....even after he had already taken 30% off.

When Kevin Reinhart came out, he was clear and concise when explaining our options. He listened and didn't try to up-sell. When asked about discounts, he said that he didn't give them but, tried to give everyone a fair price from the start. His bid, for comparable equipment, came in ~$4000 below the ther company's discounted offer.

Additionally, it was about a year from the time when we got our bid from Reinhart, to the time when we scheduled our install. During that time we had a few follow-up questions which Kevin graciously answered.

We were in need of a complete replacement of our air conditioner and decided to include the heating unit as well to get the most efficient combination. Kevin came out to give an estimate and went over the various options we could choose. They came out the following week to install and everything was done promptly and per the schedule they promised. They followed up with us a few days later to ensure we get the rebates from our utility companies and Kim even personally came by to give us the rebate paperwork and do the payment onsite instead of us having to give our credit card over the phone. Everything was done very well, on schedule and at a fair price. Would definitely continue to use them in the future and highly recommend their services.

Rhinehart took their time to explain why we needed to have our Air conditioning unit and furnace replaced instead of trying to continue to repair a 14 year old unit. We are very happy that we replaced our system and Rhineheart did an amazing job and the price was fair.

Rinehart Heating & Cooling was one of five contractors I obtained bids from to install a new furnace and AC system in my 1,850 sq. ft. single story home. Kevin Rinehart came to my home, inspected my old unit and ventilation system, identified a return air issue (he was one of only two contractors that took the initiative to inspect my ventilation system), and provided me with my second lowest bid for a 17 SEER 2-stage AC unit & 96% efficient furnace.

While Kevin's bid was not the lowest I received, his attention to detail (identifying my current undersized AC unit and my return air issue), along with his demeanor and honesty, convinced me that he was going to perform quality work and stand behind it with a 5 year labor warranty (which was 3 years longer than any other bid I received).

After completing our contract and scheduling an install date, Kevin came out and topped off the refrigerant on my leaking old AC system to get me by until my new unit could be installed--again proving to me that he was looking out for his customers. Further still, Kevin had an elderly customer that had a critical AC issue and he asked if I could delay my install a short period of time so that he could help his elderly customer--to which I quickly agreed and again, proved to me that he was willing to go the extra mile to take care of his customers.

The install of my new AC and furnace was completed with no issues by Stumpy, Corey and Kevin, and I'm very happy with how it is performing.

Rinehart Heating & Cooling sells the highly rated (in Consumer Reports) American Standard brand, their dedication to their customers and their workmanship are excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a new a/c unit and furnace installed as well as some new supply ducts in two of our upstairs bedrooms that used to be very hot in the summer/cold in the winter. Rinehart was very thorough in their quoting and installation process, they were the most affordable for us, and used high quality products and workmanship. We are very pleased with how cool our home is this summer!
