We called Rinehart when our furnace began making unusual noises. Someone was over to take a look within an hour of the call! The technician was friendly and professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. Parts were ordered, an estimate was in our hands within the hour, and we only waited 24 hours for the entire process to be fixed, even given it was a holiday! Then technicians who came to install with the new parts were friendly, professional, and fast. Kim, in the office, communicated with us through the entire process. In our dealings with 4 different staff members everyone wore masks. I would recommend this company to anyone and won't hesitate to call again.

Have used them for several years. Always pleased with results. One main thing that's great is there is never any push for an "upsell" like many other Heating/AC companies. Highly recommend them to my clients as well.

I highly recommend them. I have been using Rinehart exclusively since 1997. As an engineer I can be fairly demanding yet I have always been satisfied with both the quality and cost of their service. This is a smaller family owned business which I prefer and they are very considerate; they always call in advance to inform us of their arrival time, wear booties and never try to up charge.

No matter what I need or when I call, they cheerfully take care of me. They have fair prices and great customer service. When I had an issue with a defective part on a newly installed system, 1 phone call to them and it was handled quickly and professionally. They handle the paperwork, program my thermostat and even file my rebate for me.
I wish everyone treated me the way they do.

We had issues getting the gas line to the house and it took over 3 months. However after the gas line went in it took less than 2 days to get the heater and the AC unit installed. Over all we were impressed with their work. But the waiting for the gas line to go in was kind of a bummer.

Rinehart did an amazing job on replacing our furnace and air conditioner. I called them on a Monday and we had the new equipment the next day. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of everything. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC problems.

We had only been in our new home for 3 months. The heat pump and furnace had to be replaced. We would not use anyone but Rinehart Heating and Cooling. They installed an American Standard system for us. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They made sure that every piece of equipment was working and they even returned back to our home two times to check on it. We were not asked to pay until they knew that everything was satisfactory. Rinehart Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace/AC unit for my husband Dan & I.
They were very professional, punctual, friendly and expedient. The night before the installation the temperature was around 30 degrees. Danny personally called to see if we were warm enough & offered to lend us one of his space heaters!!

Rinehart Heating & Cooling has been fantastic. They replaced and installed our new HVAC complete systems 2 years ago and worked with us to find a solution that was affordable and is savings us money on HVAC costs. They have also been providing annual maintenance on our systems and they are always professional, thorough and fair with their pricing. No sticker shock with the annual contract and no hidden fees. They have been very accommodating through this pandemic and wore a mask when they did the spring maintenance. We would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs!

We had Rinehart's install a new HVAC system as ours went out. They did an excellent job and did just what they promised. We got more for our money with them over a competitor's offer.They communicated well and followed thru on a clean install, warranty paperwork and rebate as well. Overall very happy with them.
