Heat & Cool LLC

The two young men arrived at our home about 8:30. They worked very hard all day and had the installation about 3:30 p.m. Aaron then explained how to use the thermostat. They didn't even take a lunch break. It was a great experience and they two young men were so polite and friendly. Thank you very much Heat and Cool for sending two such installers.

Heat and Cool anticipated poor weather the day of our duct cleaning and called the day prior to let us know we would likely need to reschedule. When we forgot to call them back, their duct cleaning tech showed up at our house at the proper time of our appointment to let us know in person the work couldn’t be done and set a new appointment. Very professional.

We have had the guys at Heat and Cool install a new AC, new furnace, and today they did our insulation in the attic. That is a messy job! I was very impressed with how they took the time to be conscientious about our personal property not getting insulation all over it. They helped us move some property in the attic so it wouldn't get destroyed, they swept up the mess before they left. They treated our home really well and I was glad to see that. They've always made themselves available to us when it is the dead of winter and we have no heat. Now that we have a new furnace, I don't see that happening, but they treated us the same when we had a beat up old furnace and AC and they are still there for us now that we have all new. We appreciate them being there for us when we need them. Very professional at explaining what they are doing as well.

We had a complete new system installed by a different company (we were forced to use through our home warranty) and within months our system stopped working. We had a couple companies out that could not give us a correct diagnosis. We called Heat and Cool and they came out, found and diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running in no time. We will forever use them for our HVAC needs and I am going to tell everyone I know to use them as well!

Kelly Hedrick is just plain awesome. We have had to use Heat and Cool twice for emergency situations. She is so helpful, and explains options in detail so we understand what the best option is for our situation. Her primary goal is always to take care of us, the customer, and help us find the lowest cost resolution. Again, she came to our rescue twice. Thanks Kelly and Heat and Cool. If there were 6 stars, my husband and I would opt for that!!

These folks are simply outstanding. They are highly responsive to service needs. They did a very complicated installation very well for us. Everyone with whom we've worked at Heat & Cool has been great. I highly recommend them!

This summer heat is brutal when our air conditioner stopped working without warning I imagined the worst. But Heat and Cool came to the rescue and discovered that it was only a small problem. I purchased one of their service packages and had them check and clean everything. Great prompt service friendly knowledgeable staff had us back up and running in a timely manor. Thank you Heat and Cool!!!

Im selling my home and had a home inspection on furnace and A.C. unit done today that buyer was requesting. I paid for the inspection. Both units are 20 years old with no issues. I understand fully that both units are past there prime and a major issue was found on the furnace in which I agree but these guys are going to go over these units as if they just came from the factory floor. So if you are selling your house DON'T use these guys. Than they have the nerve to try to sell you new units. Sounds like a conflict of interest to me. Sorry but a 20 year old unit is not going to run like a new unit. They want to charge you around $200 a piece for 2 capacitors that you can get online for a fraction of that cost and you can install those in a matter of minutes. It's not rocket science to do it. So if you want a laundry list of every little problem because they are not new, than these guys are for you.

Beware. Their salesman Brett came to our house and stayed for three hours. He wears you down until you agree to buy from them, just to get him out of your house. I ended up canceling the contract soon after he left. He tells his entire life story before getting down to pricing out an HVAC system. Those are three hours of my life that I'll never get back.

The technician, Tyler was timely and very professional when communicating what was going on with my furnace. He informed me of different options without coming across pushy. I will definitely use
Heat & Cool again in the future.
