The pros from Heat and Cool did an awesome job cleaning my ductwork. They also were very thorough when they performed my routine maintenance on my HVAC equipment.

Our aging furnace had a short that no one could diagnose. Heat & Cool LLC came out twice and made it right. Customer for life. Thank you all so much!

Worst customer service from the tech in an emergency. I get that it’s been cold but when you tell a customer that I can be there in a hour to an hour and a half and when I try to confirm that he will be at my house with in the give time frame he imidiatley says that is not what he said. I am now without heat for hours at my house and the temperature is a brisk 48-49 degrees in my house.

Would love to here from Bryan’s boss Jade so that we can have this straightened out
