Quick response to phone calls and/or messages. Very professional and did not try to oversell. They told me my options and let me decide. I had another company come out and they were more hard sell and did not give me as many choices. Caribbean is veteran owned which was a huge plus too. I’m very happy with my decision.

Tommy is a very knowledgeable and professional. His son helps him at the site and they work well together. Very honest and affordable. Offsite Tracy does an amazing job too, scheduling and handling the paperwork/warranties. Great company all around!

I have used Caribbean air for about 8 years now and have always had good service, so much so that I referred them to my sister in law for an HVAC install. Much to my surprise I received a hand written thank you note and a referral check from Tracy and Tommy! It’s wasn’t necessary, but much appreciated! I will continue to be a repeat customer!

These guys are amazing, and I truly recommend them! They are very nice, polite, and above all they are honest and real. We were told 2 years ago by another company that we needed a new furnace ASAP, we called up these guys and they said our furnace is fine and has more life in it. 2 years later and we are still with the same furnace, and we only use Caribbean Air for Services and cleaning.
