Very professional from start to finish. Never got another estimate because I knew by research their price was fair to begin with. More importantly, I had alot of confidence they'd install furnace the right way.

Stacy in office very efficient and friendly. 4 workers on site for work and all were friendly and got work done in one day (multiple units). Informed us of progress and thoroughly reviewed all equipment/ paperwork.

Rude .... I wish I hadn't done business with them. They put in a part that failed within a year, reluctantly came out and then charged me service and labor again. When I disagreed with the policy, they argued, repeated their policy over and over, interrupted and then hung up on me. George was aggressive and rude.

I had a very positive experience with Mel-O-Air. I was impressed with how quickly a repairman was able to come to my home for a furnace repair.

The temp in my home was 58° when I got home from work. John arrived within an hour and the problem was resolved within 30 minutes. Great service!

They were very prompt in responding and very helpful in resolving the issue. This was done in a friendly manner and since we are an existing customer and the issue did not require a repair, they did not charge for a service call. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
