I have used Mel-O-Air for all my heating and air conditioning needs for many years. They never disappoint. Recently my air condition stopped pushing air through the vents in my house. The unit was working, but no air. They came on a Sunday and it was determined that I needed a new furnace. Buy Monday afternoon, my new furnace was installed and working beautifully. Their work is efficient, flawless and fast. Also, their office staff is pleasant to work with and easy to reach. I would highly recommend Mel-O-Air for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

Scott and his team did a great job installing a new A/C and furnace at my home. They were prompt and got the job done quick. I am very happy with the level of service I have received so far. My furnace went out on the coldest day in February. I called the company who installed the furnace and they were nasty to me (that is another review). Since we had done business with Mel-O-Air in the past I decided to call them. The technician called back within 10 minutes, asked some basic questions to see if it was a simple fix, and when it wasn't, he was at my door within the half hour. After debugging the problem he managed to get the furnace to work overnight until a part could be ordered. The next day he installed the part and stayed to be sure the furnace cycled properly. It did not fix the problem so back to the debugging. We finally determined that we would be replacing the furnace. The technician went above and beyond to repair the furnace. The office staff was helpful and efficient. They treated me as a valued customer. I recommend them.
