Hello. I wanted to thank David who helped my family during the high heat the past two days. Our home was not getting any air and the temperature was 98 with a heat index of 102. I thought I would post a message I sent him. "Hello. I wanted to personally thank you for taking a few minutes out of your day to help us on the problem we had with the central air. You cared more about the life of a stanger then making a few bucks. I followed your instructions and when I saw that the filter had been very dirty I immediately went to the store which closed in 5 minutes upon my arrival. I kept the fan blower on for over 3 hours and almost immediately after replacing the filter are central air started to work correctly we are now in a very cool and comfortable home. I truly believed you saved a life because it was so hot yesterday. Thank you so much for your kindness. I will keep your number if I ever should have any problems in the future"

This was the second time I have used Good Shepherd for furnace servicing and will continue to use them for any future servicing or repairs! They are affordable, knowledgeable and flexible! I would recommend them to anyone in need of service for their heating or air conditioning.

David did an excellent job replacing my air conditioning after the compressor faild in my 18 year old unit. He had to pull my furnace to replace the evaporator core. He called in for some assistance for a tinner to shorten the plennum on top so he could put a new evap. box in. The tinner he called in was also very nice and professional. Although he increased the price from the orginal quote. I feel it was still fair considering the amount of extra work that was required. He also changed the run capacitor on the furnace as it was testing a little low. When he was finished, he cleaned up the utility area cleaner than it was when he got there. I highly recommend Good Shepherd Heating and Air for your HVAC needs.

They arrived on time, work efficiently and with minimal interruption to us, and they were sure to do a thorough job of cleaning our vents. They even attached a new cover on our dryer vent and cleaned out the inside of our dryer to prevent any possible fire hazard. Just professional through and through. I would highly recommend them.

Good Shepherd fixed my 20 years old furnace for a fair price!!! I was ready to install a new one, but the Good Shepherd fixed it. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Wow...what can I say...in a world lacking in trusted contractors, David is the real deal. As long as he is in business, I will never go anywhere else for my heating/cooling needs. A+++!!!

They go above and beyond! I called when I heard my ac unit making a crazy loud noise. They were here within two hours and had it fixed a few hours later and for a super reasonable cost. Timely and courteous and explained everything well. Absolutely going to be my new heating and air go-to!!

Good experience. Our air conditioner was out. We called after business hours around 6:30 pm. Phone answered on 2nd ring and service scheduled for between 8-9am the next day. By 9:30 Am the next day air conditioning was back on. Super friendly and honest people to work with. I will call them again if we experience any more heating or cooling issues. Thanks
