I knew nothing about HVAC and they were very patient in explaining their system and answering all my questions. I had another company provide a quote but their customer service wasn't even close to the same level as Jacobazzi. I purchased my HVAC system from Jacobazzi Heating and Cooling and it was installed in two days by Adrian and Julian. What a great installation team who were extremely polite and professional. They made sure everything was perfect and I knew and understood all the features and operating parameters. I HIGHLY recommend Jacobazzi Heating and Cooling and am 100% happy with their products and service.
I've been using Jacobazzi for about 8 years now from checking equipment, full replacement on rentals units to the latest full AC/Furnace replacement with the new Evolution series. They do what they say, say what they do and they do it on time without any pressure. Highly recommend.
Had one of the owners out to install a new furnace about 3 years ago. Since then they had to come out twice because we began to get an error code in the furnace. First time he said it was the batteries in the thermostat. Second time we were charged $500 to fix the issue again. Third time we called a different Bryant authorized dealer, who told us it was installed improperly. Now we are being told it probably needs to be replaced. Stay away from these shysters. Poor work and poor customer service.
Our new air conditioning system works great. The recommendation by tony to install add a high return has greatly improved the airflow and cooling efficiency in our home.
Survey’s are too rigid sometimes to truly express a full review. A “5 Star” rating, does not tell what we feel your company represents to the customer.
We have been customers of Jacobazzi Heating and Cooling since 2014 and you have always met and exceeded our expectations completely. We started with your company providing a Complete “Air Seal” of our system. We then continued with bi-annual “cleaning and checking” of our heating and cooling system, until this year (2018) when your company installed a new air conditioning system for us.

We feel “Confident” in your company. We feel that your company is “Honest” and has “Integrity”. We feel that your employees treat us with “Respect”. We feel that your company “Provides properly Trained Employees”.
By example of Training. When Brandon was here installing our new air conditioner, he was with an apprentice, I believe (Auggie). Brandon is always efficient and thorough when he has been providing service to us in the past. But, this time we were able to see and hear how he was training a new person to do future work with your company. Brandon took his time to show and explain to Auggie, what he was doing at all steps of the install. Brandon not only explain, what to do, but “ Why” to do it a certain way and the consequences of doing it a different way.
The office support from Denise and Kim for the customer “Contact and Follow up”, has always been great and customer oriented.
It is also, a good feeling when you see an owner (Tony), of a company working at times with his employees, without interfering with their job responsibilities.
Your Company’s products are top shelf, but a customer can buy products from any company. It is what your company stands for and represents to the customer that we feel sets companies apart.
