Worked with Garth. He came out well after business hours even though their schedule was packed. Nice people, flexible hours and easy to work with. Price was fair.

My furnace blower motor went bad, but I had other issues with my system. Called Rockford Heating & Air, and had Mike come out to quote me a new system. Mike was friendly and very helpful targeting my previous problem of poor heat and air in living room where the thermostat is. We decided to add a register to my living room, and redid the plenum to increase airflow & replace with a new 96% efficiency Carrier Furnace and Air Conditioner. Technicians removed old system later part of one day, and installed the new system the next day. So far very pleased with the furnace, and how well balanced the house is now in regards to temperature. Thank you!

Starting from the first call the lady that answered didn't know any prices. I repeated my first and last name 5 times each. Still got it wrong (almost like they didn't want to get it right). The technician over the phone was rude. Once he got there barely touched the furnace to say “its junk” and then charged $150. Rude to tenants. Very disappointed on the service.

This business is professional, the technicians are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and even the owner of the company was involved in overseeing the initial evaluation of our needs for our furnace replacement. I own a business, and this type of very high professionalism and competence is impressive. I recommend them very highly, as we have utilized numerous different vendors, companies and suppliers, both for our home as well as for our business. We will likely be having new air conditioning units put in soon, a year after the furnaces, and we absolutely will utilize them. Epitome of professionalism and just know how to treat people. The later is a rare trait in business, as profit rules, for most. 10 star, not 5 star!!! Anyone want to see how top notch products are sold and serviced with the CUSTOMER in mind? Try this business. Some reviews are phony. I promise you that this one is legit.

From April in the office to Mike performing the service, this company continues to keep our HVAC running smoothly. They have also recently attached a GPS Ion system to our HVAC to help keep our family healthy. They go out of the way to take care of us.

After calling a handful of HVAC companies, Rockford Heating & Air Conditioning (RHAC) came through big time. Our AC bowed out around Memorial day so we were struggling mightily. One call to RHAC and they took care of us from the beginning. Mike was professional, courteous, and very helpful in answering all my questions. He even gave me a quick HVAC 101 lesson regarding my house!

I've had Mark...and now his Nephew repair or replace four complete systems. When the 1911 Kewanee Boiler went down with a leak in the middle of -10F temps in February, Mark made several trips back and forth from Rockford to our site to buy and install space heaters. That hydronic system functions flawlessly. I've had RH&A install top of the line Carrier systems in 3 separate properties with awesome results. The quotes are $800-$1000 more for a complete system but with high quality installation and all the components made in the U.S.A. ....worth every penny!

Just had a furnace and air conditioning unit put in my home! Everyone at this company from the receptioninst to the techicians are polite and helpful. They are prompt, timely, professional and curteous. They went above and beyond with the installation and service. I would recommend this company to everyone. I have a few properties in the Rockford area. I had received bids from other HVAC Contractors, but was unsatisfied. I talked to a few contractors (in other areas) I know and asked them who was good in Rockford. Rockford Heating & Air Conditioning kept coming up. I dealt with Mark, and he was the best. I will now be bringing all of my business to Rockford Heating & Air Conditioning in the future, and strongly recommend you do the same.

Good prices honest friendly and great work which they did handyman service's as well. It would be nice that a established business you can trust can't do more of the services a homeowner needs.
