Ryan came out and services my air conditioning unit. He was very thorough. He did find an issue, but he was not the least bit pushy. We are going to monitor it then if a repair is needed, we will fix it at that time. I have used Allen Heating and Cooling for probably close to 25 years and never had an issue with them. Last year they installed a new furnace for me, and it has been working great. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable.
