Rockford Heating & Air Conditioning

I was told by “Temperature Drs” that my furnace couldn’t be repaired & the owner Marcus tried to sell me a “whole house system” for $9600.00. Rockford Heating & Air had my furnace up & running within 15 minutes of walking through my door saving me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! They earned my business for life.

Terrible service. They said “well you need to find the leak so we can repair it. O by the way let’s get your AC charged and not bother with the leak.” Worst service I have ever experienced

The owner did call me and offer me a reduced rate and did apologize for the service. That is something I don’t see a lot of in services anymore. I do appreciate it.

When I called to make an appointment they said the normal (residential) boiler maintenance and clean is an 1hr to 1hr half long. They wrote me the bill for 2 hours @ $115 an hour ($230). They arrived at 2:00 and were done before 3:30. Let alone some of that time was just us talking about other things and him taking personal calls other than the boiler or job related. They cleaned the tubes, cleaned the igniter and vacuumed up stuff in the tray. Didn't clean up the stuff on the ground in front of the boiler that they made after all was done. A few other checks that weren't performed as well. Not blaming the technician but unhappy with amount paid for the service that was done!!

They were very good very good on time very polite A little high priced but that's what you pay for a Union shop overall overall they did a great job
