Leo Maintenance and Repair

I have used Leo maintenance and repair for many years. He is very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and professional. He is always quick to respond in any situation. I've had many situations that needed immediate repair at my rental properties and Leo is always a call away from helping resolve the situation. I've used him for HVAC installation and repairs, water heater installation, general plumbing repairs, and general home repair. He has exceeded my expectation every time and his prices are very competitive. The product he uses is top of the line and has outlasted any of my previous purchased product from retail stores or large service companies. I will continue to use Leo for for household installations, repairs, and services.

Leo came out to repair my air conditioning on May 22nd 2021. I needed a second opinion after being told that my central air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. The day before choice home warranty sent a technician out to diagnose my central AC unit. I was informed today that the unit needed to be replaced not repaired. Choice home warranty inform me that they would not replace the unit. So I called Leo for a second opinion. He was here at approximately 3:30 p.m. and repaired my unit. Leo located the problem within 15 minutes. He replaced the capacitor and added freon to the central air conditioning unit. The unit had absolutely no freon in it. After putting in Freon and replacing the capacitor the unit fired right up within 15 to 20 seconds. He also did some testing with the voltage meter and gauges. He also added stop leak to the system. He immediately found that the valves and o-rings were bad and need to be replaced. He needs to order the parts and then he will be back to complete the job. I am so happy that I contacted Leo and my unit is working again and the house is cool. Thank you Leo for being so attentive and quick to answer my call and repair my issue.

Leo gave the best customer service I have had in a long time. Quick response to my needs and efficient work. Leo didn't just try to sell me a new AC unit he actually worked to figure out what was wrong and fixed what a previous provider couldn't figure out. I will call Leo again for my next service needs.

Over commits and under delivers. I gave up on him after waiting over 6 hours past the time he told me he would be out to install my water heater. Save yourself the aggrevation and find someone dependable.
