It’s unfortunate thats its come to this. Where to begin, Frank was hired by to do the duct work, heating, and AC on a house i started building in 2020 and from day one Frank has slowed the house progress significantly! inspection has failed 3-4 times because of his duct work. everytime it failed, he took his time to fix his mistakes… as a business owner myself, i understand mistakes happen so i always gave him the benefit of the doubt but now its gone too far… I paid for 2 ACs needed for the new house almost a year ago and has yet to come put it on… the house is pretty much done now except for the ACs! he won’t even let me get the ac units so i can have someone else install it. i have screenshots and call recordings because i had a feeling he was gonna pull something like this after a few months of not getting work done.

He told me that he was licensed and insured. He was not. He told it would be 2 days in and out. It's been over 2 month. I put this on a credit card 18 months same as cash. He told me that I wouldn't be charged until the job was done. He put it through the next week. The city would not inspect it because not registered with the city. He had to put the job under a friends name(that was registered) so the city could inspect the job. The city gave him a list of things to do before they pass a finial. It's been about 2 weeks since I've heard from him. He knocked holes in my plaster wall. He had someone fix the holes, but the plaster is grounded in to the carpet. He cut holes in the carpet in the living room where he was going to put registers but didn't. He cut out sections of the bacebords They will have to be replaced. One baseboard is completely shredded and no good. I have nachural woodwork He wanted to put in white primed baseboard that didn't even match.
His van says he's a member of the BBB He ia not a member
This was a $9,125.00 job

Can't really review on service cause they didn't show up. My furnace is blowing cool air so it's cold in here! Talked to a guy a little after 4 and he said he could come out a little later around 6:30 or 7. It is now almost 8:30 and no show and won't answer phone or return the call. Will change review if this is made right.

The owner of the company, Francisco, came and installed the new thermostat for me. He couldn't have been nicer. Very professional, very outgoing, very friendly. I'm an older lady that lives alone but I felt completely safe with him. Will definitely recommend them and use them again

Best service around! We just moved to the area, and our HVAC unit made a screaming sound everytime it came on. So we wanted a new one. We called Daily Heating and Air, and Francisco (Frank) came to take a look. He said we honestly only needed to replace the blower fan, as the unit itself wasn't in bad condition. We decided to replace it all anyways, and had a new thermostat put in. Frank did it all, and in a very timely manner! He was very polite and professional. We even asked about some local food choices, which he was very happy to give! I couldn't have asked for better service!!

I called Daily at 9pm on a Thursday night due to no heat running in my house. The technician answered right away and was here within 30 min to come take a look. After diagnostics he was here the next morning with the part and I had heat by 10 am. I highly recommend them. Very efficient and reasonable emergency rate.

To start with, I did leave a good review at first but, reluctantly, I had to change it. Please keep in mind that things were already hard being off work because I was going through radiation and chemotherapy treatments with lung cancer. I paid everything in full the day after installation and was promised the receipt but the owner for Daily never sent it.
I was told my the owner that I was get a total of $600. back from ComEd and and Nicor for upgrading my furnace and AC. When I contacted ComEd and Nicor, Nicor said that I could only get $200 for my furnace and ComEd said that they didn't gave back rebates to the customer because the rebates are passed down through the dealer through the installer and to the customer and it was only $150. I called the owner of Daily and he said that he would send me the $150 and the receipt so that I could get the $200. from Comed. The owner never sent it. After calling and messaging him multiple times, he hasn't responded.
I also looked inside the furnace and noticed that the humidifier and the ultraviolet air purifier were not hooked up. I would not recommend Daily to anyone!
The owner seemed nice and genuine and his partner was also nice but, that is beside the point.
I'm glad they liked the coffee cups I made for them.

I called Daily Heating and Cooling during a furnace out emergency. It was -6 out when our furnace quit working on us. Francisco was out to our house in 2 hours, fixed our issue so fast and had my furnace working again in no time flat! I would highly recommend him. Thank you so much again for your help!

My AC went out on us while we were on vacation. Called Daily Heating and Air and they were out the same day. Our unit needed to be replaced. He had it installed the very next day! Highly recommend!!

We are very pleased with the work that was done by Daily when they installed a new furnace and a/c in our home. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Everyone who worked on the job was courteous and professional. They took time to explain what we needed to know. I highly recommend this company.
