This place is awesome, took me in after hours got me rolling in a short time and didn’t overcharge me. In fact they called me 2 days later to refund money that they claimed they overcharged. Thanks again you guys are awesome!

Extremely helpful and did not gouge me like so many others do to truckers. In fact they could've charged a lot more and didn't have to warranty my thermo king Eon battery since they weren't registered. Thank you so much Rock Island ThermoKing!

Took truck there to fix APU. Drop truck off on Friday . They was supposed to call when done. Husband called on Tuesday afternoon, they said the technician just finished . But invoice was sent out on Monday!?? Ok.
Drop off for AC wasnt working, technician changed belt . Got truck back. AC still not working This has happened on numerous occasions. What a joke. Done not going back. Horrible service. I dont recommend them.

Very unprofessional. Customer service is very poor. Shoddy work. Had to go twice to get my Tri Pac installed and still not correct. Waste if time and money. I will finish installation myself and service myself or find another dealer out if the area if something I can't handle. Quick to take your money and after they have it, quick to forget who you are and very bad attitude about satisfying a return customer. Yes, my bad . Had same experience first time I purchased a Tri Pac from them 1 year ago. Dooped into believing that it would not happen again.
So if you want poor quality, poor service and rude and disrespectful attitude , this is the place for you. Thought buying local and supporting local business was a good idea. I am not convinced that was a good idea.

When there to replaced alternator an was out of there in 1 hour and 30 minutes, so excellent service
