Joel's Heating and Cooling

I placed a phone call to Joel to inquire about fixing our heating system, and he was here within 2 hours. He was professional, super nice, answered all of my questions and fixed our issue all in a timely manner! I will continue to use Joel for all of our HVAC issues and I recommend you all do, too!

I called Joel after my air conditioner started acting up. He quickly returned my call and was able to come out the same day. He identified the problem and was able to fix the air conditioner within a couple of hours. He was super responsive, professional and reasonably priced. I would recommend Joel and would definitely call him again for any future hearing and cooling needs.

I've contacted Joel three times now for service on my furnace. He is very prompt, timely, professional, honest, and reasonably priced. He takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. He has repaired my furnace without any additional problems and it runs perfectly. I will definitely contact him again. In the coldest day of 2021, Joel answered the call to service our house late at night as temperatures began to drop, significantly. He even went out of his way to get the shop opened up in the early hours of the morning to ensure he had the right part for our furnace. We are very grateful for his responsiveness and QUICK service. Our house is up and running, no issues at all. Thank you JOEL!

My A/C unit stopped working at 8pm so I called as many AC companies as I could first thing the next morning. Joel got back to me within 15 minutes of leaving a voicemail, and he was at my house fixing the capacitor within 4 hours on a 90 degree day. He quickly fixed the problem and I felt the pricing was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Joel for repairs and service.

Joel was great! I sent in an email request to 3 different companies, and all three responded first thing in the morning. I decided to go with Joel because he was 100% transparent and honest responding to all the questions I asked him. The other two were not. In fact one company sent a repair technician to my house even though I told them not to!
Seeing as it was below zero and I have an infant and a 3 year old in the house I needed this fixed asap. Joel went above and beyond in finding a new part for my furnace. No one had it locally, and he found the part in Chicago and went to pick it up. I'm sure this effectively killed his afternoon schedule, but he honestly helped me out big time and I appreciate it.

Our AC was starting to act up, then the night before it just stopped blowing cold air. I have two small children at home so it was urgent to have someone come out as soon as possible. I called around but everyone had their set hours of service and overpriced. I found Joel and he was able to come out to my home that same evening, after hours. He identified the problem and was able to fix the AC within an hour. He was professional, reasonably priced, and explained the issue to us in detail. I definitely recommend Joel and will be calling him again for any future HVAC needs.

Joel is excellent. He provides quality work at a reasonable price. We came home from a trip to find that we had no heat. He organizes his schedule in a way that allows him to accommodate emergency repairs. I highly recommend.

Joel went to my house On time compared to other companies. Even check up on the work done after 24 hours making sure the my HVAC unit for my 2nd floor is properly working. I am selling my house and I was told I needed to replace my furnace . I was stressed out because I knew it was going to cost a lot of money. I went on line to find a reputable HVAC company and came across Joel's Heating and Cooling. I read reviews and my gut told me to go with them. I called and spoke with Joel who said he can come out same day. I have to say in today's world people will take advantage of situations. Joel inspected my unit and said it needed to be cleaned and minor replacements needed to be done but that I did not need a new furnace like another company suggested. Thank Joel for being a man with integrity because there are not to many people that have that. May God bless you and I will always be a big fan of yours and will refer you to everyone I know.
