Joel's Heating and Cooling

I just had Joel out this morning to fix my broken Air Conditioner. I messaged him last night on facebook and he responded right away and said he could be here at 8am. He was able to identify a few problems and fix them for a fair price. He was here for an hour and 45 minutes, and very friendly and professional. And the house is already down to the right temp in just a few minutes. His work is warrantied for a year. I asked for prices on thermostats too and he will be coming back to replace them. I asked for prices on a humidifier too and I love that he was not pressuring in any way. Also my dog liked him and she is even more picky than I am!

I called Joel tonight at 6:45 and he was over 20 minutes later to look into a smell coming from my furnace. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. I would recommend Joel to anyone looking for someone for their furnace or AC needs.

Joel was able to come out short notice to service our two older furnace units. Having dealt with dishonest HVAC technicians in the past, I really got the impression that Joel was not trying to sell me on anything I did not need, and he was forthright about what did need attention. I highly recommend Joel's Heating and Cooling!

Just moved into our new house and called Joel for a central humidifier. He came out the same day. He was the cheapest of all the quotes received (by at least $100) and he did excellent service. Would recommend him strongly.

Greatly recommend Joel’s hvac!! My heater started acting yesterday and today’s is -18 below!!!! I called him yesterday and he promised to come either late ladtnight or today morning which he did!!! He quoted me for the job but since the part was very expensive he went threw the trouble of shopping around for a least expensive one!! He found it and job well done working within an hour. Very honest!!! I appreciate people like him!!! Thanks!!!

Very responsive...called on a Sunday night, and we arranged for him to come the next morning (which was a holiday). I can tell Joel did a thorough job, and he really took his time to get it right. Further, he explained what went wrong and how I could do things going forward to try and prevent the problem from happening again. Lastly, he was a straight shooter, and his price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Joel is a considerate, kind, friendly and went out of his way to help his customers. I recommend Joel’s air conditioning because he cared, reasonable prices and came the same day we called which is hard to find in air conditioning companies.
