Our air conditioning broke on the hottest day of the year while I was 8 months pregnant. I called Amazing Air at 8:30 am and a technician (Charlie) was here by 9:15. Charlie was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem and explained it clearly, then fixed it quickly. Overall I was very impressed with Amazing Air and we will be using them for yearly maintenance and any future problems!

Amazing has been servicing my heating and cooling for several years. Charlie has been my service tech for a number of those years. I am very comfortable with him in my home. He is always very professional and pleasant. He does a great job and makes sure everything is clean before he leaves. Thanks

Amazing Air team changed out our furnace and A/C. They were extremely professional, clean, and informative. After the installation was done, Mike took his time to explain what exactly they did and answered any questions. I wouldn't hesitate providing Amazing Air as recommenation.

Just wanted to say thanks to Amazing Air Inc. (team). On Sunday 1/24/21 our heat went out, spoke with tech ACE at 11:00 pm that night. He arrived early in the am diagnose the problem & got the furnace running. I requested a new furnace, they had a quote to me at 9:00 Monday, and schedule a install on 1/27/21. The two techs arrived (Brian), the installation crew was very PROFESSIONAL, arriving with PPP on. They explain the installation process and what was going to happen, answer ALL my question. Looks GREAT (thanks) for the excellent install, left the home as they arrived.

Amazing just finished installing a new furnace today and their work is very impressive. Mike and Ace were the technicians and they are very experienced and knowledgeable. It was our first time with Amazing and we are very happy with their service. Thank you.

Our air conditioner broke on one of the hottest weekends of the year. I called Amazing Air on a Monday and they sent Charlie out on the same day. He was quick and efficient. He replaced the broken part (again, on the same day) and we had air again. I am pleased with this business and will be sure to contact them again when we need additional service.

Excellent always don’t try to sell you I have a 30 year old system they never try and sell me. They tell me the basics always have been a great experience dealing with them. I would never go to another company.

I have always had great service from Amazing, Inc. They installed an AC unit for me, and do my annual vleanings of my furnace and AC.
Charlie is usually my technician. He is ALWAYS prompt, many times early. He is professional, yet friendly. Today he spent almost an hour doing the clean and check on my AC.
I highly recommend Amazing!

My furnace was having a problem kicking on and I just had a new rheem installed 6 months ago by service pro's in Aurora. When Charlie got here he checked the furnace and told me it needed a new part! I was charged $124.00 and all that he did was throw away the filter and didn't even replace it with a new one. Anyway.. When I had service pro's come out this morning all that was wrong was a loose connection! Don't waste your money on this company!

My heat was out in the middle of the night and I called Amazing Air because they installed my furnace two years ago. I called in the middle of the night and Ace got back to me within five minutes and was able to come out by 8am. He fixed it quickly and it was back up and running. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Amazing Air.
