Howard Gordon from US Allied was fantastic. Professional, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Educated me on tips to help prevent future blockages. We had water flooding down from the second floor through our ceiling lights on the first floor. All fixed now thanks to Howard. Thank you Howard & US Allied for fitting me into your schedule ! Will recommend you !

We had a great experience using US Allied Plumbing. David assessed the leak, explained what steps needed to be taken to repair the pipe/damage, and completed the project. We are happy with the quick response from the company, the quality of their work and the professionalism of their employees. I would highly recommend their service.

We’ve had Aquaduct Plumbing service for a new tankless water heater and to replace a burst pipe. In both cases, their plumbers were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their work was top notch and the final cost ended up less than the estimate because they didn’t charge us to replace something in good working order. I highly recommend this business!

Large sewer project at my home. Did not know any of the plumbers that arrived at our home. Very respectful group. JP in particular stood out to us. Always being communicative and always greeted you even if he was walking by to go to his truck or coming back in. JP left a great impression with our family. Good job kid.

Zach was also another plumber that was very polite and looked to be hustling and wanted to get the job completed. Good job as well.

This is a solid company. Fair pricing too! Burim came out, gave me an estimate and made the repairs around my schedule. His suggestions completed fixed the problem %100. Hans also came out and helped. They were both very knowledgeable. All the the curve balls that my 100 year old old house and retrofitted circulation system threw at them were handled. Not a lot of people can work on these I mean it! Thank you

We had a significant leak coming from the main in the basement Howard from US Allied came out with an hour to help. He was able to band aid fix the leak until the correct part can be ordered so it can be replaced properly. We are super thankful for his friendly, honest professional service we would highly recommend.

Follow up: US Allied came back out Monday morning as promised to replace the valve where the main comes into the house. Kyle did an amazing job he was informative, fast and super funny. Kyle is super friendly type of guy he is the kinda guy you wanna go and crack open a beer with after work just a great attitude. He explained everything he was going to do in detail so there wouldn't be any surprises. He even took the time to replace a spigot for me while he was here. Amazing job I stick by my statement I would highly recommend

The plumbers arrived within 10 minutes of me calling the company. JP and Zach were very professional, were able to find and fix the problem with my shower quickly, and explained everything thoroughly. Great experience with this company!

We had a Navien tankless water heater installed by Chris and Zach. Both were extremely professional and did an excellent job with the install. It was well worth going with US Allied Plumbing as they were able to secure a three year labor warranty from Navien (vs. 1 year standard) and included an expansion tank and a condensate neutralizer (neutralizes acidic condensation coming from the unit so it doesn't destroy your plumbing) as part of their very competitive installation costs.

Jason and team (Burin, Zac and Paul) came out to service a sewage line break / collapse. Jason was the best out of all the plumbers / managers I called to provide an estimate. He walked me through all the issues and made very good suggestions throughout the process. He even explained several aspects of the sewage line system that made it much easier for me as a homeowner to understand. US Allied took care of everything seamlessly from starting with Marie at the office to Jason and then the crew. They came in early morning and were extremely courteous to my family, did an excellent job protecting the landscape and left the job site as it was. I definitely recommend this team and will definitely contact them again for plumbing issues! Honest, communicative, trustworth, efficient and excellent.
