Good service. But I am not sure about the prices. It seems to be very steep. Capacitor that cost in the range of $70 -$120, got charged for $499. Dispatch fee of $179. I thought the dispatch fee would get included into the repair or installation if such thing happens. But no. No clear cut about warranty. if the capacitor fails, I would have to pay for dispatch fee in the event I have to call them for the capacitor that they just got it replaced. I may have to call someone else with less fees and prices.
The lady who schedule the call did not give me any details just because I did not ask.

We have had Ace from Amazing come out each year for as long as I can remember to do our annual furnace clean and check. He is punctual, honest, and professional. I request him each year.

Update to my previous review: Today we had our annual furnace clean & check. This year we had Charlie. He was great too just like everyone we’ve dealt with at Amazing. We were scheduled as the first appointment of the day & he called me about 10 minutes before our time to let me know that there was lots of traffic & that his GPS kept adding time so he would get to our home a little late. I truly appreciated him letting me know in advance so I wasn’t left wondering if he was coming. When he arrived he was nice & checked & cleaned our furnace for the winter. We have used Amazing for many years & I always feel like they are honest & not trying to sell me on unnecessary services or work.

Amazing is highly recommended to anyone in need of HVAC services. I have been a customer for many years, but this New Years they were AMAZING. My furnace quit New Years Eve. Charlie came shortly, but did not have the part he needed. He called me New Years morning and asked when he could come over to' fix the furnace. I did not expect this kind of service on the Holiday. He had the part. Charlie also understood the concept of customer service in addition to his competency. I will continue to use Amazing and hope that this note will help their business grow, Thank you Amazing for your service.

We just had a new furnace & central air installed in our home. Doug came out to do the measurements, he was amazing & explained everything in detail. Tone & Mike were the technicians that installed the equipment. They were outstanding, very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions. It was a 2 day job and they did such a great job. Doug came out on both days to make sure everything was going good. I definitely recommend them. Their service truly is "Amazing". Thank you for doing such fantastic work! :)

Called to have out furnace cleaned and checked for the winter, (we had purchased our furnace with Amazing Air 18 years ago), Ace arrived and looked and cleaned out the nooks and crannies, checked the air filter, and even unscrewed, disassembled and checked the humidifier after I said I had concerns regarding how old the humidifier was. Ace did a wonderful job, and I appreciate his attention to detail as he had serviced our furnace last January, 2019, when it was god awful cold and we had no heat! Amazing has always had someone out in the shortest period of time and their service people have always performed a great job. Good to know they are a good quality and honest company to do business with.

Technician arrived 30 minutes early. Started time clock when he pulled into the driveway and we were not there. Furnace still had dust in it after he left. Called the office to confirm what a cleaning entailed. Was rudely responded by a gentleman in the office and promptly hung up on stating it's done stati I had used them for several years in a previous home. Never had an issue.. However after this I will not use them again and recommend nobody else uses them.ng I got what I paid for by using a coupon.

This is my go-to company for life! They arrive when they say they will, they do the job right the first time, and their rates are fair. Charlie is an awesome technician, Lynne is a great office manager, and they are nice people to boot. You will not be sorry when you call Amazing Air, I promise!

Amazing Air, Inc. lives up to its name! Lynne, in the office, is great to work with. She was super helpful in getting a tech to my house right away. Doug, the owner, is a man of high integrity. He makes sure that the job gets done right and that his technicians are polite and professional. The technicians are excellent and take the time to answer any questions you might have. 10/22 You can count on Amazing Air. I had a question about my Aprilaire humidifier system. With one quick call to Lynne, Charlie was on his way to help! He was super friendly and kind to my dog, which I appreciated very much (It is also a very wise business practice. Since the technician stopped to say Hi to the dog, she was happy to have him come in the house. If he *hadn't* stopped to talk to her for just a moment, it would have been a non-stop bark-a-thon.) Charlie explained to me about how the humidifier worked and the proper settings for different temperatures.

Had Charlie come out and look at my busted old ac unit last year. They were able to get me a new one later that week. Then my furnace was giving me trouble and he came out that night to take a look at it (around midnight) and was able to fix it the next day since he needed a part for it. Love this company Would recommend over and over again! They're super kind and prompt and honest about what I needed and didn't need for my house...
