Terrible communication. Completely unreliable. Technician scheduled an appointment for NO HEAT for 11 am - 2 pm and never showed up. No one is answering the company phone or tech's cell phone all day. It's 5:30 pm and 12 degrees outside, and we still have no heat. No response to multiple calls, texts, emails. Company called the next day to apologize with no explanation. Too late! They offered to send a gift certificate for $100 to use for a future appointment. More than a week later, we still have not received that gift certificate. Still unreliable!

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty insurance when my heat went out. I reached out to them twice, even though they are supposed to contact me per my hwa contract and I had my insurance reach out to them. They couldn’t even reply to say they’re busy, make an appointment in a few days, or tell me to look elsewhere, which i did end up doing. May actually cancel my home warranty policy if I’m going to be assigned unresponsive companies like this. It’s ok if you’re booked, but at least let someone know that instead of no response. Bite me. I will not try using this company again not did find a company I will use- even if my policy doesn’t cover it.

Called an spoke to Marco, told him the problem I was having an he already had an idea of what the issue was! He got to my house on time An was very professional. He looked over my furnace an diagnosed the problem. He corrected the problem in about 15 minutes an explained to me what happened. He was very informative an explained to in non-hvac terms what was going on so I could fully understand. He cleaned up after himself an was charged a very fair same day service amount. I hope I don’t have to call him again for a very long time, but I know that when I do, everything is going to be done with the highest degree of workmanship an customer service! Give them a call!

Marco from Comfortable Climate was great! Right on time and provided quick service. Helped me to understand the workings of my air conditioning unit. Trustworthy and professional,will definately be call them again!

He called to let me know that he was on his way (within the allotted time window), was polite, courteous, and took the time to explain different aspects of my AC unit and how things worked. Missed Marco's call during the day so I called back and left a message at 6:40 at night. I was so surprised when I got a call back 5 minutes later! Marco's customer service was awesome and we couldn't be happier with how fast he got us up and running.

Comfortable climate has installed both my air conditioner in 2016 and my furnace in April of 2017. I trust them with everything they do and would recommend them to anyone. They are very reasonable and don't make a mess. You can't go wrong with Comfortable Climate.
