Miguel Melchor took care of our A/C maintenance today. He called before he came and showed up on time. He cleaned the air conditioner and made a suggestion to help keep the unit clean which we will do. He was friendly and informative.

Jermon Thurman explained the job well and was friendly. He did a thorough job in a reasonable time frame. I am very pleased with his service.

We have an annual contract with Pivotal to have our furnace cleaned and maintained. All we have to do is call and schedule the appointment and they send their tech out to perform the service. They do a thorough job. The service contract covers our furnace and water heater in case it fails. We have used this company for many years. They have agreed to keep our annual fee at our current rate so that we will remain their customer which we greatly appreciate.

Miguel M called on his way to my house, was prompt and always knowledgeable. He completed by furnace clean/check in 2022 and now air con in 2023. Would request him again as technician in my home in the future.

The technician showed up within the timeframe of my appointment, explained to me what he did to unclog the drain, and told me to call customer service if I had any other issues

The technician came on time and repaired my washing machine very quickly. I don't know if it was because the problem was minor but he was in and out in about 30 minute.

I just love this plan with Pivot they are professional when you call they explain everything no matter how many times you call them. They always tell you who’s coming and from where. I pay my bill and use the services and I have referred my niece to this company. Everyone I come in contact with and we get on this subject I referred them to Pivot. Great company to have as a warranty company.

The Technicians Jermon Thurman and Jeff Young were very professional. Jermon explained the problem with the water heater very clearly, outlined the options, and applied all discounts I am eligible for. Jermon, and his colleague Jeff Young, arrived promptly to take the old unit, prep then install the new water heater unit and test it.
