I have been a customer of Pivotal Solutions since they were Nicor Home Solutions. I have multiple plans from whole home, plumbing, electrical, gas line protection, etc. Any time I have any issue, large or small, I call Pivotal HS. The companies they use are top notch and if I ever have an issue with any, they change up for next visit. I have had to replace Furnace and AC and they refunded me the max amount for both in less than a week. I tell everyone I know who owns a home and are not very handy, to sign up. They have been a lifesaver for me.

This is my first time calling. They contacted Alvarado plumbing and 3 hours later my sewer was working again. This was a very great experience. The plumber did a great job was very professional . I'm grateful for the quick response.

A/C clean and check. Rob the tech was very nice and did an excellent job. I am dissatisfied with the office. It takes forever every time I call. Very poor computer system and too many questions to look up account.

Manny, the tech, was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and kind enough to answer my questions. I felt comfortable having him work in my home. He did a good job; I know because water is pumping out of the furnace through the tube and not out onto the floor. Thank you, Manny.

The Technician Dean was very professional, has great costumer skills, and did a great job! Also, the technician explained the process of the repair(s) to me which made me feel very confident that the repair would be performed correctly.

Her on Thurman did a great job . He fixed a difficult plumbing problem. We are very happy with the results!

Bryan has been our HVAC Tech for many years .. He always does a thorough job and is very professional with all his clients. We always request Bryan to service our HVAC system and don’t mind delay if he is not available ..

As always, the Customer Service is unable to handle clients .. The calls get connected to service centers all over the world and nothing gets done as it should. There is lack of coordination/ communication between the call centers and customer service and dispatch division.
