Aaron & Trecker continues to be the BEST. For YEARS now anytime we have an A/C or heating problem they are our first call and promptly respond. Tech diagnoses the problem and slowly in layman's terms explains it. To date it's usually been a simple part malfunction and a fairly quick replacement at a very reasonable cost. No high pressure to and costly replacements... Simple honest, straight forward advice/recommendation. We've had Frank, Mike & Greg here. ALL GOOD! THANKS guys for the peace of mind knowing we're in good hands.

Can I give them double stars? I cannot praise this company enough. I called them with a furnace issue in the middle of our area’s polar vortex. The windchill factor was negative 50! They, understandably, couldn’t give me a time or day for service. Lucky me, they were at my house in 2 hrs. I needed a major part which the mechanic didn’t have in his truck. But he performed a quick fix to sustain me. They ordered the part and were at my house first thing this morning. All fixed!
I am so very appreciative for the great service performed by Aaron and Trecker.

He was very courteous and very detailed in his review of our A/C unit. Appreciated that he didn’t try to push us to purchase a new unit even though ours is over 15 years old and not so energy efficient. He said our is running fine and we should be set for awhile.

Aaron & trecker Heating is a very reliable company we have used them for approximately 20 years have been very satisfied with all their work. I even recommended them to a couple acquaintances of ours and they also used Aaron & trecker for their furnace service requirements, and they are very satisfied with their service. The technicians are very experienced well-trained and professional and pleasant to be around.

Aaron & Trecker replaced my two furnaces in January of 2013 and they worked flawlessly until late October of this year (2018) when I switched from A/C to heat. One of the furnaces wouldn’t provide any heat so I called A&T to fix the problem. The technician they sent out, Aaron Anthony, diagnosed the problem as a flooded draft inducer and said that the reason it flooded was because the furnace wasn’t level. He also said that both of the furnaces needed to be leveled and was something that the crew that installed them may not have known was required to prevent this problem from occurring in the future. He then spoke with his supervisor and told me that A&T would not only cover the labor and material to replace the draft inducer but would also come back to level both furnaces at no cost to me! When they came back out, Aaron and his assistant took 3 hours to level the furnaces and also cleaned them and made sure that everything was working properly. Aaron is very conscious and knowledgeable and A&T is very lucky to have him working for them! I also can’t say enough about A&T’s customer service. The warranty on their labor is one year and now, almost six years later, they are correcting an installation issue that they easily could have charged me for!! Going forward, Aaron & Trecker is the only HVAC company that I will use!

Our technician was friendly and professional. He shared his findings, and expert opinion/reasoning, but never made us feel pressured to make a decision (one way or another). He worked quickly and efficiently. Will definitely recommend, and continue to use, Aaron & Trecker!

Technician was on time for scheduled appointment window. He was courteous and put on boot covers once he entered the house and stated what was covered under service agreement plan. Completed furnace inspection and changed air filter in a reasonable amount of time and indicated that everything was fine with the unit. answered a few questions I had and was on his way. Service was good and would recommend.

Excellent after hours service. The blower on our furnace stopped working, the after hours service person came out that night and returned the next day with the new blower and installed it very quickly and efficiently. I think the gentleman’s name was Maurice. He was extremely personable and was able to answer all our concerns. We are so glade that in 2014 we decided to purchase our furnace/air conditioner with this company.

Today Mark serviced my air conditioning unit, and he was here within the said time frame which was greatly appreciated. He showed great professionalism and he explained exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done to get the unit running again properly. I would definitely recommend Aaron & Trecker Heating and Air Conditioning to my friends and family.
