Jim came to our house for a furnace inspection and then came back to replace a draft inducer assembly. For both trips, Jim committed to a time, worked around my schedule, and arrived on time. When my schedule changed, he was flexible enough to work me in. On top of that, he called me to ensure we would arrive at the house at the same time. While here, he was very informative and helped me understand my furnaces and how/why things were failing. Knowing my basement furnace was under warranty, he asked me to check with the installer to make sure he did not do work that could interfere with the installer's warranty versus doing the work to get paid that could nullify the warranty. Jim is an all around nice and genuine guy who made me feel comfortable fixing my furnace. Once I get beyond the installer's warranty, I will definitely have him handle my annual maintenance.

Jim performed high quality work at our new home. He is transparent with the work he does and is highly experienced. I would definitely call him again in the future, and would recommend his services to anyone looking for heating/cooling service in their home. Thank you Jim!

Vent Heating & Cooling is great! I called for a frozen outdoor unit, and Jim was out, on time as promised, the next day. Quite simply, Jim is the best. We needed a new heating/cooling system and were disillusioned by all these 10 minute 'experts' who gave us estimates. Now Jim,on the other hand, spent about an hour and a half going over our house,duct work, etc. He told us exactly what we needed and why. After our initial meeting I felt as if I had enough knowledge to be a contractor myself. He is one of the most considerate , friendly and interesting people I've ever dealt with. And every person who works for Jim is the same. It's obvious that he places customer satisfaction at the top of his list when looking for help. We don't think of VENT as just 'our' heating guys, but friends as well.

This is a local La Grange Park family business; we had the father, son, and even grandfather at the house either delivering parts or installing our new furnace, AC coil, humidifier. They spent a lot of time making sure we got the right size furnace and AC coil for our house and did a professional job installing everything. Prices were more than fair and will be using them as our goto company for all our future HVAC needs and maintenance. Good people to work with.

We called at 10pm at night after our AC unit wasn't turning on. Emmanuel came out to diagnose the next morning. He replaced our contactor and two capacitors and got our unit working all within about 2 hours. He was very professional the whole time and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what other parts on our unit to watch out for since our unit is about 10 years old. Overall we are very satisfied and happy he was able to come out on short notice, especially on 4th of July weekend!

I was able to setup an appointment same day for an AC repair, the crew was fully prepared to do the job and the unit works better than it ever has.
