Jim and his Father installed our HVAC system back in 2002; we have continued to use Jim for maintenance and repairs of the system. He is very professional, responsive and his pricing is fair. I highly recommend Vent Heating and Cooling!

Jim was wonderful to work with. He was fair with his prices and very honest with his work. He, at first, thought I needed two parts replaced then realized that only one replacement was necessary. He could have easily told me that I needed both parts and I wouldn’t have questioned him.

Quality work at a fair price. Jim installed new ducts, thermostat and thermostat wire for me on a recent renovation. He came back after the renovation to clean and inspect the furnace. I appreciated all of the knowledge and insight Jim shared throughout the process and how responsive he was to my calls. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Jim and Emmanuel for the awesome service over the years! When my friend sold his HVAC business about six years ago, I am glad that I found Vent Heating and Cooling. Jim and Emmanuel not only offer high quality service, but they are also very solid people. They perform annual checkups on both my AC and furnace. If they ever find any other issues that need to be fixed or replaced, they take the time to explain the service needed and show the parts that need to fixed/replaced. I definitely recommend using their service.

Our furnace went out in the evening of an extremely cold night and we couldn't wait for a daytime appointment for it to be repaired because we have 2 young kids. Jim walked my husband through the fix over the phone (as a courtesy) but my husband felt more comfortable having it looked at in person just in case there was more to the issue. Jim came out immediately, no problem, and fixed the entire issue for us that night. He even walked my husband through some other scenarios in case something happened throughout the night.

We've always been happy with Jim's professionalism and the impeccable work he does for us but this situation solidified our relationship with him and Vent Heating and Cooling in the future.

Jim does a great job, is very respectful, and is exceedingly helpful and formative when diagnosing and explaining HVAC issues. He always returns calls and does his best to schedule service as quickly and efficiently as possible. He uses new, quality replacement parts and does not gouge his customers. I will continue to use his services for my HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement needs.
