Wanted a basic tune up to make sure our units were working properly. Owners were quick to respond and were able to squeeze me in same day. They were able to take a look at our units and explained everything they did and provided recommendations. Will be using this company again!

Jim is honest, proficient, detailed, and knowledgeable, as well as a nice guy! He trouble-shooted over the phone and did not jump to conclusions...Jim went step by step and explained everything to fix my AC on a hot day! He gave me pointers for future maintenance too.
Please spread the word that you can still trust THIS HVAC man at least! Good customer service and respectful, reliable people are hard to find ...but that is why you should trust Vent Heating & Cooling like I did..his prices are more reasonable too.

Our father and mother have been using Vent Heating & Cooling Services for quite awhile, going back to our first home in Chicago. The dad had the business first, and then Jim, his son took over. We've never had any issues with their service. It's always been top notch. They have always been prompt, courteous, professional, and they provide good quality service. They are not bothered by any questions you may have. They explain everything to you. We just used them again because our furnace and air conditioning system were on their last legs. Jim just installed our new furnace and air-conditioning system, and they work great.

Jim, the owner of Vent Heating and Cooling, is an extraordinarily stand-up guy who is completely dedicated to his trade and serving his customers. There aren’t many of Jim’s breed left, so it’s refreshing when you find someone like him. He has serviced my heating and cooling equipment for 5+ years and recently replaced my furnaces as they had reached end of life. His installers did an excellent job and the price was fair.
