Cy's Heating & Cooling

The house I bought had the Cy's Heating and cooling label on the equipment. I've had to call twice now for repairs and both times they are very responsive and professional. They always know what the issue is and repair same day. Today I called on a Saturday and he made the effort to come in to check my situation out. I would definitely use them again.

My mother had no heat and was looking for service today. She just had hip surgery and it is very hard for her to go into the basement. Lavon the person on the phone was very rude and ignorant telling her that she had to go into the basement to look at the furnace. I thought whole purpose of calling a company so they can come out and look at it. My mother has no idea about furnaces. And I have no idea why they would expect her to know anything about it or to even look at it.

He wasnt the cheapest but he was mostly honest (long story!), and I would call him again for sure.

This guy was very very rude and ignorant! I will never ever call this person back ever again.
