We had a great experience with blue ridge today. They came out so quickly and thankfully got our air back up and running within an hour. The technician was great and we felt we paid a very fair price price for the work that was done. We will definitely use them again in the future!

We hired Blue Ridge first to fix our 19 year old furnace last summer (2020) when it was really hot out. They did a great job getting us back up and running quickly and their price was VERY fair. Eric was great, explained things I could do to keep things more efficient. My husband and I got to thinking and decided that we wanted to replace our furnace and AC on OUR terms. Bill came out and took measurements and discussed the different options. We were sure because we wanted to upgrade quite a few things that the cost was going to be astronomical, but it wasn't at all. We had our new furnace and AC installed in early fall so we did get to try out the AC and it worked SO much better. Our house seemed to cool more evenly than before. And the heat works just as awesome as well! It's quieter, it runs a LOT less and the house just feels so much more comfortable. They have been amazing. Even the few questions I had after the install they helped answer quickly! We are so very happy we chose Blue Ridge to work with!

Very impressive people at this company. No high pitch sale speech for an hour from Blue Ridge...From the quote to the installation, and the questions after installation, it's top notch. Everything is very prompt with them.

First 78° day this year, our 23 year old ac couldn't cool the house. Blue Ridge was recommended by a friend, and after Bill came and inspected and measured and told us what would be best for us, we didn't get any other quote. (The price was less than a quote we got about 4 years ago!)

We also purchased a whole house air purifier. They have 3 models you can choose from. We went with the Honeywell F200 and I can tell you it is amazing. If you have allergies you will want to ask about the whole house air purifiers.

The installation? It took Eric and Justin 5 hours to get it done. Our furnace is above our garage, which is difficult in itself, and they replaced flue metal. Oh, and with the new AC, they installed a new pad underneath!

If you're in the need for anything HVAC, do include them in your estimate! They're the one you want to do it!

Blue Ridge is one of the easiest and most honest companies I have ever worked with! They were incredibly responsive and thorough in all that they did! I will definitely be recommending them to all family and friends!

It was supposed to be really hot and humid this week. The air conditioner didn't work. I was devastated and worried how my family would survive in this heat.
I called Blue Ridge and left a message on the phone. I actually didn't expect them to call me back when they were open so I set my alarm at 8am. Right before 8am someone from the company called. I was surprised. Believe me, I have ALOT of experience with this kind of work but this was very first proactive response I ever had. Eric came on time and got to work right away. In less than an hour he was done. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. I was extremely happy with his service!!

We were having some issues with the AC in our offices so we called Blue Ridge. They were very responsive in sending a tech out to figure out why we were having issues and to get it repaired. We have since had them back out for some general maintenance and to also install some new thermostats. They have been a pleasure to work with and we refer them to our friends and family.
