Spoke to the business on 10/7/22 to schedule a furnace clean and check before the heating season. Followed up 10/17/22 to see what the wait time would be and was told they would see what they could do that week. On the day of this review, 1/18/23, more than 3 months since requesting the service I received a call wanting to know if I was still interested in the service. They never communicated with us along the way and had an overall attitude of sorry it did not work out. All you need to do is tell a customer when you can do it and if anything changes, communicate. If you are unable to do it, say so.

They are a fantastic company! I have hired them multiple times, most recently a couple months ago and then did an amazing job on installing a new furnace and ac unit for me. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

I shopped around and went with Langhauser when I installed my AC and furnace in 2012. They did great work. Easy to work with and reliable. Had my AC poop out on me twice this week (blisteringly hot) and both times they responded within 24 hours to do the warranted repair work (even coming out on Fathers Day!). Highly recommended.

I've used these guys twice since moving to Highland. I'm the type that likes to try to fix something myself before calling in the professionals. I'm probably the worst type of customer. Both times I stood behind the tech asking questions about the unit. He was incredibly nice, answered all my dumb questions while completing the work. Both times I needed work they were able to send out a tech immediately.

Called in for a service call on a unit they installed. I came in with a question about the bill and service performed. The question was concerning the hours charged for the work. The service tech called me that morning to schedule so I have the exact time he started (8:36am)..He then left a voice mail stating he had completed the work was was just finishing paperwork (10:20am) and that I could call to discuss his findings. This message was left was one hour prior to the hours charged out. I was responded to with and angry "oh well its always something isn't it!"... I could not come up with how 8:36 - 10:20 equated to 3 hours of labor. Needless to say if this is the kind of customer care/service they offer, I highly recommend EVERYONE find a different HVAC service. At the very least you will not over pay for hours not worked on your job, and be treated with respect a customer deserves.

I am a third generation Langhauser customer and I would rate them six stars if I could.
