Clarence installed a new A/C at an elderly friend's home. During a heat wave it stopped working. Clarence's nephew added refrigerant. Two weeks later it again stopped working. Clarence didn't respond to her phone calls/messages so she contacted a different repair service that added more refrigerant and questioned the install. I called Clarence, explained the situation. Clarence said he would call her. She's still waiting for him to call. Taking advantage of a senior citizen is absolutely appalling.

Clarence and his team were on time and professional. They initially came to see if they could fix my furnace but told me that repairing it would cost more in the end than simply replacing it. The furnace was at the end of its life. I appreciated the transparency and they quickly came to work the following day. They were very personable and cleaned up well after the installation. I would recommend Clarence and his team to anyone in Lake County and will consistently use his services if and when needed.

I am extremely pleased with the professional service that Clarence and his team provided. They arrived on time, were very pleasant, efficient, and informative on the questions I had. Although, my furnace was old and had to be replaced, it was nevertheless a pleasant experience. We all know that sooner or later our heating systems will reach the end of their lives and fail. But the team was so extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous, that ended up being a good day.

Clarence was fantastic! I will recommend him to everyone that needs HVAC work. He replaced my AC without any issues, was very clean and detailed. Woke to a cold house! My furnace failed overnight and while I was hoping it was a minor issue, turns out that my 30 year old furnace had warmed its last home.

The guys from Triple Tech literally showed up in 20 minutes after I called, assesses my situation, gave me good advice on how to proceed, and had my new furnace installed the next day! They showed up on time, we’re very professional, and did an amazing job!

We are are now once again warm and cozy thanks to the talented team from Triple Tech!
